The Nunavut Qiviut Lace Knit Scarf has a beautiful open lace pattern in one of eight colours. It is made of 50% qiviut and 50% silk 2-ply yarn from Nunavut Qiviut. This qiviut scarf fabric combines the warmth and softness of qiviut and the drape, silvery sheen, and strength of silk. The qiviut-silk blend creates a lasting, clear lace pattern. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor wear, and is ideal for special occasions and personal moments of luxury. The qiviut lace scarf is a versatile accessory and can be worn as a large scarf, as a stole, and as a shawl.
The combination of hand blended yarn, gentle yarn processing, and individual production, results in each piece being unique and full of life.
Each scarf is individually knit by hand in Canada on a hand-powered knitting machine. We made a new design for 2022 and we are continuing it for 2023 because of its popularity. The weight of the scarf is about 2.2 oz and is 8 inches wide and about 55 inches long.

Care instructions: hand wash with a mild soap; gently squeeze excess water out; lay between towels and press; lay flat too dry. Steam or low temperature iron if needed.
