Shipping policy

All Nunavut Qiviut products purchased from Wild Qiviut Canada Ltd. are shipped using Canada Post, which ships domestically and internationally.  All shipped items with Canada Post will include a number to track the shipment and the tracking number will be provided to you.

All shipping offered by Wild Qiviut Canada Ltd. of Nunavut Qiviut products uses the most economic shipping option that includes a Canada Post tracking number.  In the case of overseas orders, shipments will be arranged by air.

Our products are shipped from Kugluktuk, Nunavut, which is in the Arctic of Canada.  There is only airplane access to and from our town.  If we experience inclement conditions like fog or blizzards, the plane can't land to pick up the mail.  As a result mail delivery can take a few days longer than from cities in southern Canada or the lower 48 of the USA.
